Canyon Path
In this canyon, gnarled tree roots have invaded rock crevices and seized many paths, hindering foot traffic. However, in several areas the trees seem to create steps with their roots permitting intruders to pass. Perhaps Tolkien was inspired by similar sights in his part of the world as he penned his famous literary works......
