In Front of the Canvas ~
I am a Certified Heritage Interpreter (CHI) with a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science. I am the director of a visitor/education center for a natural resource agency in Mississippi, focused on conservation education and outreach, including developing and coordinating a state-wide youth art contest. In addition to painting and photography, I enjoy hiking, fishing..... and have traded competing in ASA archery tournaments to exploring caves, canyons, and caverns!
Personal Reflection ~
Life is like a painting. We choose what we highlight and what darker portions we let recede into the background. Emily-Jo
